RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Balisswimwear.com will gladly accept returns on eligible items within (7) days of the order shipment date for a full refund or store credit at your discretion. The returned item must be in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included.

Items purchased from Balisswimwear.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within (7) seven days of purchase.

You will have up to (14) fourteen days after items have been purchased to exchange for a store credit equal to the amount paid for the original purchase.

All sale/ marked down items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refund, exchange, or store credit.

SOME EXCEPTIONS:

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

Modified Return Policy: If you return more than $2500 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service at customerservice@balisswimwear.com immediately.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

Swimwear and Lingerie: Please try on over undergarments for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.The item cannot be returned without the protective slip attached.

Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup, deodorant or other products rubbing off on the garment.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All domestic orders will be shipped with a PREPAID return mailing label to be used when shipping an item back to Balisswimwear.com. To ship an item back to Balisswimwear.com please:

1) Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

2) For exchanges: We recommend you to send an e-email to customerservice@balisswimwear.com to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please include in your e-mail the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.

3) Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.

4) Mail your package using one of the following methods:

  • Drop your package at a USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end).
  • Leave the package off at a location that has a daily USPS pick-up.

5) If you decide to send your return back without using the return label that we have provided, please address your return to the following address:

AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY

Balisswimwear.com only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal.

Customers are welcome to return any item they are unhappy with. US customers have free return shipping on all merchandise, regardless of whether it is defective.

Many products, particularly those with distressed styling, do wear out or develop holes with regular wear-and tear over time. Balisswimwear.com warranties all products to be free of such problems for the first (60) sixty days from the time of purchase, and will replace or refund your purchase in the event such a problem occurs. After 60 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs, including providing replacement hardware such as lost buttons or broken snaps to the extent these items or repair services are available from the designer, but we will not provide a complete replacement or refund for an unrepairable product after (60) sixty days unless the designer is willing to replace or reimburse the product at this time.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time with the free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.

For major metropolitan areas orders shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority will arrive in approximately 2 days. Outside major metropolitan areas, orders will arrive in approximately 3 days.
